Reviews and Ratings
I really wanted to love this hotel, but there were definitely some cleanliness issues. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but I encountered stained towels and sheets that really put a damper on my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel did offer a decent breakfast with a variety of choices. Overall, it could be a great spot with a bit of renovation and attention to cleanliness.
My stay at the hotel started off quite rocky, as I was initially taken to a very unsatisfactory room due to overbooking. Fortunately, after a long wait and some insistence, I was given a better room that, while spacious, was not as clean as I had hoped. The service was quite inconsistent, as some staff were genuinely helpful, while others seemed dismissive. The hotel's location was its strongest asset, making it easy to explore the area, but the dining options were quite limited and could use improvement.
I had an amazing stay at HM Boutique Hotel in Hanoi, where the atmosphere felt almost like home. The personnel were incredibly warm and welcoming, making my long stay of 21 nights truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the historical district, which made exploring the city easy. However, while the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren't overly spacious, which might be something to consider if you're looking for more room.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the rooms were spacious and I greatly appreciated the location, the service was severely lacking and the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The reception staff's attitude and the cleanliness of the facilities affected my stay negatively, making it hard to fully enjoy the positives.
My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore. The staff, particularly Nancy and Ricky, were charming and helpful throughout my stay. However, I encountered cleanliness issues in my room and was disappointed to find the advertised restaurant and bar were no longer in operation, leaving breakfast as the only dining option.
