I really wanted to love this hotel, but there were definitely some cleanliness issues. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but I encountered stained towels and sheets that really put a damper on my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel did offer a decent breakfast with a variety of choices. Overall, it could be a great spot with a bit of renovation and attention to cleanliness.

I had an amazing stay at HM Boutique Hotel in Hanoi, where the atmosphere felt almost like home. The personnel were incredibly warm and welcoming, making my long stay of 21 nights truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the historical district, which made exploring the city easy.
